The CPWR-NIOSH Construction & Mining Work Group focuses on identifying where construction research can further mine safety and areas where mining research can benefit the construction industry.
The following are new resources developed in partnership with this Work Group and with input from OSHA and representatives from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers that can be used in both industry sectors to raise awareness of silica hazards and prevention measures when using heavy equipment and working in enclosed cabs.
