FSL4Res Handbook + Self-Assessment and Personal Action Plan — This can be used by companies or other entities that want to introduce their foremen and lead workers to the 5, FSL4Res leadership skills and let them go through the self-assessment and personal action to help them think through how they will incorporate the skills into their daily activities.
Toolbox Talks UPDATED – New QR code allows you to access 3-minute videos about the skill presented in the toolbox talk. 1-page toolbox talks (available in English and Spanish) for each leadership skill. These can be used on the jobsite at morning huddles or as part of new employee orientation.

Pre and Post Training Survey — Before class, you can use the brief PRE survey to see how familiar students are with the 5 FSL4Res skills. When class is over, ask them to complete the POST survey to see if they have a better understanding of the skills and if they plan to practice them on the jobsite.
